Controller

Browsing data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit it, the service records technical data such as IP address, browser and requested page. It is needed to run the site and protect it from abuse: the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t use it to profile you, and technical logs are kept for a few days only.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics tools or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no requests to Google or other external services. That’s why we don’t ask for any consent.
Site previews
When you activate a live preview in the portfolio, by hovering over it or tapping it, your browser connects directly to the site shown, which receives the technical data of the connection. Those sites are covered by their own privacy policies.
Contact form and email
If you write to us, through the form or by email, we process your name, email address, message and page language only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form goes through our service on Cloudflare, which forwards the message to our inbox; if sending fails, your mail client opens. Providing this data is optional, but without it we can’t reply. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months; if it leads to an engagement, billing data is kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Who receives the data
Your data is processed only by us and by the providers we need to run the site and email, such as Cloudflare, appointed as data processors. Cloudflare may also process data in the United States: the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your data with anyone.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to the processing, by writing to info@line33.org. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
